Looking for descendenta of John Jones Eiseman.

Surnames: Eiseman/Jones
I am looking for descendents of John Jones Eiseman, his parents were Charles and Carrie Jones Eiseman. His parents were born in Clarion Co., PA and moved to Bradford, PA. John Jones Eiseman was born in Bradford, PA June 2, 1925. His mother Carrie Victoria Jones was my great grandfather, Nelson Jones older sister. Please contact if you have any info on this family.
