I forgot to mention before, my mom has a cousin who's done quite a bit of genealogy research into the Eisenbart family. A couple of years ago, he shared some info with her. She doesn't recall if she has it, or her sister does. When she finds it, I'll share what I find.
She seems to remember reading that the Eisenbart name was at one time spelled with an "I" and had roots in Ireland or the UK
