I do have other info on the lineage because I too am part of the Eisenhard clan. There was another Samuel (Conradt) that first of all settled in York County area then known as Lancaster. There was no other Eisenhard's before 1702 in the US. They descended from a very unusual place today to think of. Catharine the Great of Russuia, Eisenhard's being German, went and married a Russian. She became Ruler. Her lineage we are descendants of. Back then early in the 700 AD's experimentation began with the name. Ysenhard, Ysenhart, Isenhart, Isenhard, Eisenhardt, Eisenhart, Eisenhard, eisenmann, Eisenburg, etc. many, many other names came from the one. Some wanted originality. Her family took the more modern version of the name. They were the only ones that were allowed to use the modern version of the name. Conradt was, I believe, her brother. But it is direct lineage of Catherine the Great.
