Ernst Eisenhardt of Rock Island Co. IL in 1871

The Illinois marriage index lists "Mrs. Maria Ford" marrying "Ernst Eisenhardt" in Rock Island County on July 30, 1871.

The bride (Mariah nee Applebee) was the divorced wife of Joel M. Ford of Greene County, New York, and was about 48 years old when she married Ernst Eisenhardt.

Where did this Ernst Eisenhardt come from, and what became of him and his wife Mariah?
Carl Eisenhardt

I am looking for anything on Carl Eisenhardt (8/3/1946 - 8/7/1900), originally from Germany, finally living in Southeast Michigan. He was married to Minnie (1843 - 1914) (I do not know maiden name). According to a death record I believe is his, his parents were G. Eisenhardt (I could not make the name out very well, it really looks like Guvenerus) and possibly Martha Heidenrick. Three of Carl and Minnie's children were Mollie (1881 - 1965), Albert (1886 - 1966), and Arhardt (1876 - 1949) (they had others I believe). If anyone is tracing any of these other lines or knows anything else I would love to hear from you.

Frederick Eisenhardt & Inga Andersen

Hi:

I'm looking for my great-uncle (by marriage) Frederick Eisenhardt. He was probably born about 1890. He married Inga Andersen (who was from Minneapolis), probably in the 1920s. I am told that Fred and Inga may have made their home in California.

Family lore, as yet unproven, is that Fred and Inga worked for wealthy families. Fred was the chauffeur and Inga the cook and masseuse.

Sound familiar to anyone?

Thanks,

Janet

http://www.casmaer.com/genealogy/andersen_1.htm
