Classification: Query
I have Anna Catharina "Catherine" Mildenberger as the 2nd WIFE of Hans Peter Eisenhauer and the mother of Chriistopher. The siblings you cited are correct in as far as they go. He had eight brothers and sisters as well as three half-siblings.
I am not prepared to state whether his wife was Eva Sommers or not, however she very well could have been.

Hans Peter's son, Christopher, was born in Eiterbach
III.1a. Hans Peter EISENHAUER*
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Birth Date: c1650, Eiterbach, Odenwald, Rhenish Palatinate, Germany
Death Place: 28 Feb 1728 /1729, Karlsbrunn, Saar, Germany.
Spouse: Anna Breckenbach Brand
Birth Date: 1651, Heddeschback, Germany
Death Date: Before 1677, probably on the farm near Eiterbach
Marriage Date: 1672
Other spouses: Anna Catharina "Catherine" Mildenberger

Notes: There is records of a Hans Peter Eisenhauer working as a farm hand for Hans Brand. Mr. Brand & his wife had three children. Mr. Brand was killed in a clearing on the land after 1671. Hans Peter later married his widow, Anne Beckenbach Brand and continued to run the Lichtenklingen farm located near Waldmichelbach (and Eitherbach) from 1673-1675; then took over his father's farm near Eiterbach She apparently died before 1677 and he married his second wife in 1677 who was also named Anna. Distant cousins of his still live near Eiterbach. The village is just outside of Heiligkreuzsteinach. Hans Peter is recorded as paying taxes in Eiterback in 1690, the only Eisenhauer in the entire Palatinate so recorded that year.
Hans Brand lived in Kreidach in 1662, Siedelsbrunn in 1666 and moved to the farm near Lichtenklingenin in 1671 but he did not live long. His children, Anna Katharine and Margareta, b. 1662 and 1665 were probably by a previous wife unless Anne Breckenbach's birth date is in error. Her children were daughters, Anna Katharine, b. 1662; Margaret, b. 1665 and Eva Brand, b. 1666; sons, Hans Brand, 1668-1710 and Hans Peter Brand, b. 1671. Hans was the son of Hans Adam Brand, 1636-1690, in Neunhofen....Heinz F. Friederichs. Using a deceased infant's name apparently was a common practice in those times.
Hans Peter had three childlen by his first wife and nine by his second wife.

Research: Everyone is agreed on Han Nicholas' birth date from the passenger manifest on the Europa. *It is speculated that this family was escaping from another French incursion at the time Mathaus was born and is why he was born in a place different than the other children.

* From FamilySearch.com: Christopher, b. 1678/1685 in Heddesbach, Heidelberg, Baden. There is also a listing that a Christoph Eisenhauer married Eva Sommer in Heddesbach, Heidelberg, Germany in 1701. He is reported as having died in Germany.
