My family is from Marrietta Ohio, Washington County.
My Fathers name is David
His Father Was Fred (AKA IKE)
Before this the family history is somewhat obscure as his father was an immigrant from Germany . I - was wondering if anyone might know where I can find a little more info into my families background.
I have certain information that says it is a Jewish family name and other information which refutes this -
