Yes this is the same family. I had the pleasure of meeting Doris Weisner in Alsace a few years ago. Her work is excellent.
The "Peter" mentioned in my post is "Peter Eisenmann" from Herbitzheim. The Maria Catherine Koepple is daughter of Michael Koepple and is slightly off to the side of the group you outline but joined at "Hans Peter Koepple" and (I don't have my genealogy on this computer any longer) if memory serves me he is Hans Clemenz's brother
