I think this may be the residence of Charles Alonzo Eitzen from Hermann, MO. The 1900 census shows Charles, his wife Bertha, son Walter, and daughters Olivia and Cornelia in California, MO. The 1910 census shows the family (minus Charles who died in 1902) living on Oak St in California.
Charles Alonzo Eitzen was the son of Charles D Eitzen of Hermann. There is a biographical sketch (and picture) of Charles D Eitzen in the History of Franklin, Jefferson, Washington, Crawford and Gasconade Counties, Missouri, (Goodspeed Publishing Company, 1888).
