The Eitzens were prominent citizens of California, MO and the Eitzen mansion is still there. There will be an open house of the mansion in May and the new owners are very anxious to find anything they can about the family. Can you help us??

I´m from germany and have informations of our family "von Eitzen" back to the 12th century.
Maybe we have some relations in the staates, especialy I´m looking for a cousin of my father named "Diana von Eitzen" and her family, in Chicago? Her father Adolf von Eitzen, went to America.
I´ve also historical information of Albert von Eitzen.

I have an ancestor named Maria von Eitzen. She married a swedish soldier named Hans Nilsson. He served in the wars in Germany in the 1600. He probebly met her there and took her back too Sweden. She died in Erikstad, Svinstad parish 27/1 1728.
