the name of the book is "ELA FAMILY GENEALOGY". The first page says:
GENEALOGY
OF THE
ELA FAMLY
DESCENDANTS
OF
ISRAEL ELA,
OF
HAVERHILL, MASS.
COMPILED BY
REV. DAVID HOUGH ELA, D.D.

And is small print at the bottom ....

Elwood S. Ela, Printer
Manchester, Conn.

A bit dramatic, but I wanted you to get the feel of the book.
It is hard cover and the preface is from David Ela, Hudson, Mass., (or 38 Broomfield St., Boston, Mass.) August, 1896.

There are no other printer names or dates. And, yes, I imagine somewhere down this line we must be related somehow/someway. I will check on how your line goes and get back to you.
