I have some info on Central PA Elders.
David Elder b abt 1700?, d. after 1760, emigrated to America from Inch Island, Lough Swilly, Co. Donegal, Ireland abt 1754-1760, m. Margery Stewart, both buried in Dry Run, PA. (Path Valley, Cumberland, now Franklin Co. PA)
Issue: Mary, William, Elizabeth Jane, Isabel,James, John, Sarah
Robert Elder (probably brother of David Elder), b. abt 1700?, emigrated to America from Inch Island, Lough Swilly, Co. Donegal, Ireland, abt 1754-1760, 1st m. Elizabeth Watt, 2nd m. Mary Unknown, all buried in Dry Run, PA (Path Valley, Cumberland, now Franklin Co. PA)
Issue: David, Abraham, John, Robert Matthew, Joseph, Samuel
Of these:
David Elder removed early to Indiana Co. PA
Abraham Elder, b 27 July 1755, farmer, d. 27 July 1827 (odd, b & d are same date?), buried Half Moon, PA. married Susannah Ardery, b 11 Apr. 1758, d. 25 Apr 1831, buried Half Moon, PA
