I have recently taken on all the work my father Kenneth Ell has done in relation to the ELL family. His records are extensive and I am trying to find my way round them all! In relation to Eugene Ell b. 10.8.1857 my father's records have several notes - army records, will etc and a photo in regimental dress etc. I gather there was some confusion with the name and registration of birth - happy to share whatever records I now hold.
