Surnames: Ellicott, Manning, Valentine
Hi;
I'm looking for information on my grandmother;
Ruth Ellicott, born 1/26/1892 in Maryland (perhaps Ellicott City or Baltimore?)
She married Robert Chauncy Valentine and lived in Washington DC
The names I have for her parents are Frank Fox Valentine and Minnie Manning.
She is supposed to be descended from Andrew Ellicott (the "Geographer General"), but I don't know the connection.
Anybody out there seen these folks?
