I'm looking for information on William Elzey, my 2 Great Grandfather. He married Della Twigg and had 4 sons, Ray, Cecil, Oscar and Charles (my great grandfather). Williams parents were possibly Alexander and Rebecca. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.
