Don't know where to start,..here's what I know,..My Father, Bennie J. Emanuel had 3 brothers named Clarence,(Colinn Army)Roy,who was a Doctor,(died piloting his own plane), and baby brother Joel, who died of Polio when he was a baby. I also met an Aunt Minnie when I was very young, and I'm not sure which side of my Dad's family she was on. Thier father's(my grandfather)name was Joseph.They were all from Texas and Oklahoma. Family stories claim they were descended from owners of a huge plantation in GA.. Apparently, there was a Jane Emanuel,aka"Amazon Jane Emanuel", who was an MD.. Family tree is very vague, roots go back to England in the 1700's. I was also informed that there are also descendants still in Wales, and that they were involved with the making of the late Princess Diana's wedding dress. This is all information gathered throughout my life, and I am trying to find family,..or just varification of the facts as I know them.
