George Emerson of Nebraska
I am not a Emerson, but three years ago my husband and I bought an acreage in Nebraska. We found out the house we bought was built in 1886, by a George and Georgia Emerson who came from Mass. They had four children one of which died in this house. The people who lived here before us tell us that George was a very wealthy man, he must have been, our house was huge for that era about 2700 sq ft. not counting the basement or attic(servants quaters up there). We have heard some crazy stories, don't know if they are true. Just wondering if anybody could tell me who these people are. Very very interested would love to see pictures of the family or just know more about them.
