First, please note that I am interested in your Emmack Family History Book. I am assuming you are one and the same with Charles Brock Emmack. I received your E-mails. We are cousins for sure. I tried answering, but the E-mails wouldn't go through. Please try me again and give me a different e-mail to reach you. And let me know when the book is ready to order. Thanks. "Cousin" Ginny Wightman.

Emmack Family History Book

Joan - I've met your Father in Harrah, OK and your sister who is the barber. Apparently you people have had to put ;your folks in a nursing home. Sorry to hear it, but it looked like it was coming.
As for the Book, it is not done, due to the fact that I sold my property in Iowa and bought another property in Keithsburg, IL in the last year, and both situations required considerable work on them. I've just arrived for the winter in Florence, AZ. I sincerely hope to finish the book this winter, get it published, and contact the people involved (Namely Emmacks) to ship copies to them.
Please send me your email or snail mail address so that I may contact you as soon as I get the book published. It looks like it willl contain about 250 pages, a ;high percentage of them photo's.
Tell your folks hello for me, and your sister.

Chuck Emmack

John Emmack is my father. He is currently living in Oklahoma City, OK. I told him about finding this website and mentioned that you will be publishing a book about the Emmack family history. He would so enjoy seeing your book and I would like to buy a copy for him. Please let me know how I can purchase one.

I would like the copy sent to him and will email you that address later.

Thank you so much for all the work you have done in compiling all this information.

Joan (Emmack) Gee

Hello Baker - Your GG Grandmother Effie Emmack who married philip sash in jasper co, Iowa, was a daughter of john and mary alice emmack of jasper co, ia. John Emmack was a brother to My Great Grand Father Charles H. Emmack.
When I was in California last winter I visited with Helen Sash Baker, who you know is quite elderly, maybe has even passed on.
I am compiling a book on the Emmack Family and hope to have it ready to go to press sometime this summer or before. Keep my E-mail handy and get back with me later this summer. I hope I will be able to publish this thing for a reasonable fee.
I grew up in Jasper Co, Iowa.

Milo = It is my intention to get the Emmack Family History Published before this year gets out. Some other projects came up since I last saw you. which prevented me from finishing the book. I definitely will let you know when it is done. I talked with Max Adair in Osceola, Iowa this summer, but he didn't know anything that I hadn't already found out elsewhere. Tell Janice Hello.I'm sure that the book will cover about all you were wanting to know. I have a high percentage of the obits.
Take Care - Chuck Emmack

Nancy,
I am an Emmack from Iowa. I have quite a bit on the Emmacks' here. Let me know what you would like to get. Also, there is a web page at www.familytreemaker.com -- look up Emmack on people search. As far as I know, all the Emmacks in Iowa are related through two brothers (Emmacks) who married two sisters (Millers). Are you an Emmack or related to one?
