TRYING to locate the family or descendants of a Raymond ALLARD of Hartford Ct. who married a Miss TIERNEY from Alfred ON, Canada. R. Allard or his mother, is possibly related to my gr-grandfather named Joseph MENARD (later MANOR). Family oral history claim JM was b.Ticonderoga NY c1852 emigrated to Ottawa, ON Canada. Joe MENARD visited the ALLARDS in the late 1930's/early 40's in Hartford. Also other "cousins" in McCrae GA (a J. Neal MINOR, another variation on the name.)
