Tim,

In your researchs have you found any data on Albert W. England b. around 1848-1850 son of James and Nancy Crawhorn England. I have no records of him other than a marriage date of Feb 08, 1872 to Margaret Rachel Sparks. They moved to Texas around the Waco area

I do need to say here that the Englands, Sparks' and Henager's are my husband's Grandmother's family.

I do have records of Margaret Rachael Sparks who was the mother of Charlie Willis England. Charlie was born April 7 1872. She later married Henry Hamilton Roach and they had 5 children.

I find Charlie first in the 1900 census living in Coryell Co. married to Nanie Belle (Henager) 1 year having 1 child.

1920 Census finds him living with Henry H. and Margaret Roach with his 5 children.

He (Charlie) later remarried to Effie Henager who I believe was Nanie's sister. They had 3 children. Effie died sometime between 1920 and 1930.

Charlie married a widow Mrs. Emma C. Littelfied and was counted in the 1930's census as Charlie's wife with the 3 children of Effie's.

This seems like a bucket of worms to me. I had my husband's Grandmother tell me about her family, who her parents were, her grandmother and all the Roach aunts and 2 uncles she had. Effie reared her as Nanie had died shortly after Granny was born. She did not respect Charlie or his 3rd wife but loved Effie as a mother very much.

Granny was born in 1908 and died in 2000 at the age of 92.
She had 2 children and only my mother-in-law survived to adulthood.
