A couple interesting bits (apologies if this gets
posted twice)

This is definitely our John and Ann, since there are
Pryors witnessing. This document ties them to the
Mauch Chunk area. However, that doesn't eliminate the possibility of them having visited Lancaster County, and I'm still interested in any references to primary sources placing them there.

The timing is right. Elizabeth was born around 1833 in Pennsylvania, but Sarah K was born in Dec 1836 in Ohio. For them to have sold their remaining land in late 1832 fits nicely.

East Penn Township is specifically named. John and Lewis
are named right next to each other in the 1820 East Penn Township
census.

The estate was an inheritance from a Jacob Noll. Who was he, and why were John and Ann so important to him? The date of the execution of the will is listed. It shouldn't be hard to look up.

John Pryor was the Justice of the Peace who
wrote up this document. That is perhaps a brother of Ann's, but much more likely her own father!
