My husband and I are going to Maryland before Thanksgiving to look for graveyards, churches, etc. of his Sharp and Alexander lines. However, I also want to look for Enloes, particularly those connected with My Lady's Manor. My ancestor Jemima Enloes married James Hunter at St. James Parish of My Lady's Manor in 1796. Do they have records at the church? Should we go to the state archives, or would we be better off to go to the counties? My husband's ancestors were in the northeast corner of the state, so we should be able to look up both sets of families.
