My mothers maiden name

I really don't know much about my fathers side of the family, His name: Charles Ens, born in 1910 and son of Rose Ens...I believe that they were from Germany but thats about all ...It was told to me that they came in from Elis Island...There were 3 or 5 brothers, I forget now...Please if you can find anthing please let me know..oh yeah, my father use to go to Canada alot, but possibly work related, he worked for I.B.E.W as international rep for elec. workers 1950-62 ... Thanks for your help...
