William Grant Ensley was born about 1797 in Burke NC. He was the son of John Ensley and Hannah Cain. He died 1885 in Jackson, NC and was buried in Old Field Cem. (Beta Community), Jackson Co, NC. He married Judith E. Lackey about 1818 in Burke NC, don't know her parentage.
