According to the Ensminger book by Raymond Bell, this Peter Ensminger was born in Lebanon Co, PA. His birthdate is given as 4 Feb 1755, but that is probably actually a baptism date. No date is given for the marriage, but somewhere in what is now Lebanon Co. seems likely. Peter died 9 Dec 1814, and was buried in Salem Lutheran Cemetery, Lebanon Co.
Peter's father, Johan Niclaus Ensminger, was a year-old infant when he immigrated with his parents in 1733.
No location is given for Catherine's birth or death. The respective dates are 22 Nov 1776 and 15 Mar 1828. She was buried in Jerusalem Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery, Annville, Lebanon Co., PA. Another source refers to Catherine's uncle, "Judge John Gloninger", so it seems likely she was born in PA.
The transcriptions I've seen of the Samuel's 1733 passenger lists don't include anything that looks like "Gloninger".
