I'm trying to track down the line that my gggGrandmother, Mahala Ensminger b. abt 1814 (W)VA, comes through. I know that she married and lived in Marion County (originally part of Harrison County), West Virginia, with her husband John Bock and family. In the 1860 Census, there is a Margaret Ensminger (age 70, so b. abt 1790) living with them, who is probably Mahala's mother.

I have found three Ensminger males who lived in (West Virginiaa at the time that Mahala was born:

David b. abt 1788 PA
Henry b. abt 1782 PA
George b. abt 1775 PA

The last of these (George) showed no daughters in the Census Records the right age, but may still be related somehow since he's the only one who stays in Marion County. David and Henry each had three daughters in the right age range to be Mahala. Does anyone know anything about these families? Did any of them have a daughter named Mahala? Did any of them have a wife named Margaret who may have been visiting, or living with her daughter? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
