Born about 1814 in Virginia (probably West Virginia), married John Bock 14 Oc 1845 in Marion County (West Virginiaa, died after 1870 Census probably in Marion County WV.

There is a George Ensminger who shows up in the Harrison County (West Virginia Census in 1830 (parts of Harrison later become Marion County). He has no daughters the right age to be Mahala, but he is the only Ensminger who lives anywhere near where she must have met her husband.

There is a Margaret Engminger, seventy years old (so born about 1790), living with Mahala and her husband in the 1860 Census for Marian County (West Virginiaa.

It is possible that these are her parents, but I have no way of knowing for certain at this point.
