Yes Cliff, We are family. Your grandfather Adolf and my father John were brothers. Your dad John and I are first cousins. I am the second of 6 children of John and Gezina and grew up in western Michigan. When we were kids we yearly went to Cleveland and did have contact with your dad and grandparents. My dad was the last of his family to survive and died two years ago. Its sad, but the family seems to have grown apart over the years. I have gotten to know cousin Mel, have met Ray a few times, and I talked to your dad shortly after his accident. One of my goals during retirement is to look up some of our family out there.
