Entlers in Oregon California

I don't know if the Entlers in California are related to the Entlers in Oregon, however, it's possible. For your information while researching Daniel Entler's (b. 1786) information I found that one of his sons, Jacob Philip Adam Entler b. 9/6/1818 - d. 1900, who was a brother to Mary Ann Entler, had a son named Daniel Entler (after his grandfather). This grandson Daniel moved to McMinnville, Oregon around 1900 on a land claim about 13 miles east of McMinnville. There, in 1913, he and one of his sons died while lost in a snow storm on his claim. However, grandson Daniel still has other descendents still living in the Portland, Oregon area. --Karen Cooke keacooke@aol.com
