I spoke to grandfather the other day he told me that he was born in Van Croft (sp?) Iwoa. But that he doesn't recal
the name of a catherine, his name is maynard. He also said that his grandfather came over here from Luxenburg (sp?) That they
some sort of ruling family there he was disinherited for coming here. He said that there were actually 4 boys that came over.
He also said that this occured in the mid 1800's. Also, he has a book called the New World of Entringers. He tried to look up
catherine, but it didn't go back that far. But, maybe it could be some help to you. He said it was a copyright of Halburt family
heritage. Well, I hope some of this info is some use to you.
