Hoping this rings a bell with someone.
John Enyart m. Eveline Johnson
18 May 1838 Clinton County
My husband's ggggrandfather Paul Holmes married an Evaline Rutherford Enyart 07 Oct 1841 probably in Clinton County. Their daughter Margaret Ann Holmes England's death certificate lists her mother as Evaline Johnson. Did Paul marry John Enyart's widow? Has anyone seen Rutherfords involded with Enyarts? Evaline shows only on the 1850 Clinton County census. By 1860, Paul and their kids are living in Bethany, Harrison County, Missouri.
Thanks for any ideas. I am going to try to get the death certificates of the other children.
