Is that offer still good?
My great-grandmother was born Edna Eoff, daughter of Edward Allen Eoff. I think I have a fair amount of reliable sources up until his father, William Chesley Eoff, and then everything falls apart. It's very unclear (i.e. no solid sources, only other gedcoms and trees) who William C's parents were (I'm fairly convinced it's William Alexander Eoff and Missouri Hamilton, again, no sources.) and where his parents fit into the Jacob the Innkeeper line. If I just go on intuition and speculation (and flat out folklore) than I would guess that William C is grandson of Samuel Parker Eoff, and that his father was the William that Samuel killed in broad daylight.
I just want something I can rely on. Can you help?
