On the LDS website, I find that Martha Eppes was born probably in Charles City County and married Robert Tucker on 8 May 1712.

Martha Epps/Eppes (born abou 1695) married 8 May 1712 to Robert Tucker, who owned land adjoining Col. Francis Eppes III. She was his second wife, following the death of his first wife Elizabeth Parham.
John Bennett Boddie wrote that she was probably the daughter of Col. Francis Eppes III and Anne Isham.
