RUSSELL ESHENBAUGH, SOUTH BUFFALO -- Russell ESHENBAUGH, 68, of South BUFFALO, died at 4:30 p. m. Monday (July 4, 1994) in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, Harrison.
He was born April 29, 1926, in Bagdad.
He was a World War II Navy veteran.
Mr. Eshenbaugh was a track foreman for 45 years at Conrail Railroad, Leechburg, before retiring in 1987.
He was a member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way and the U.S. Navy Armed Guard of Pittsburgh.
Survivors include his wife, Ella R. Johns Eshenbaugh; four sons, Ronald and Danny ESHENBAUGH of Winfield, Gary ESHENBAUGH of Jefferson City and Glenn ESHENBAUGH of BUFFALO Township; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Thomas ESHENBAUGH of Altoona and Donald ESHENBAUGH of BUFFALO Township; and a sister, Mrs. George (Gladys) Miller of BUFFALO Township.
He was preceded in death by a son, Paul A. Eshenbaugh; his parents, Lewis and Elsie Mary Waldenville Eshenbaugh; six brothers; and seven sisters.
Private services will be conducted today in the RICHARD L. REDMOND FUNERAL HOME, Sixth and High streets, Freeport, by the Rev. Lea Austin, pastor of Srader Grove United Presbyterian Church, South BUFFALO. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, South BUFFALO
