My paternal grandfather, Mendel Eskin, came to the U.S. @1901-1903. He settled in Norma, New Jersey, having emigrated from Kremenchug (?) in the Ukraine. At the time of emigration his wife and three children remained in Kremenchug. His wife was Bosha(?) Borodin Eskin. The three children were Yussel (Joe), Ida and Gussie. Following their emigration to the States, @1904, my father, Feivel (Frank Philip Eskin) was born in 1905.

Family legend has it that when my grandfather, Mendel Eskin, came to New Jersey, there were several other brothers and his father also located in the Norma, NJ area. I am looking for any information about these families, their whereabouts, and family history. I would appreciate any information you care to share.

Incidentally, in case you can't tell, I am brand, spanking new to genealogy. So, please be patient with my lack of knowledge.
