If this is Yolanda who used to be Eddie Espinoza'a friend in 1984, I am Eddie's son who lives in Arizona. I am Eddie II. I also have two half-brothers , Eddie Jr. and Vincent. I am your nephew, Eddie Espinoza. My dad was Eddie. He died on July 2nd, 1988.My sister is Mandi. I also have two half-brothers, Eddie Jr. and Vincent, a half-sister, Wendy, who I've never met, and a little half-sister named Teresa from Gloria, the lady who my dad was married to when he died. Do you know if Theodore Espinosa married a Lugarda Duarte? This would be =
his second wife. They had two children as far as I know. Theodore =

Looking on more information on my grandfather James Espinoza (not sure if that is the exact spelling of the surname) He was from Jalisco, Mexico but was adopted when he was a little boy in the early 1900's possibly 1907? My mother told me that he might have had a brother also. He grew up the remainder of his childhood in Eastern Texas and spent the rest of his life in Northern California. I am an "Espinoza" but i just found out a couple of years ago that my dad changed his name completely when he became a united state citizen. His original name was "Bernabe Espinosa de los Monteros" now it is "Bernardino Espinoza de los Monteros. I have be doing a lot of research and i know he is from mexico and his ancestors come from Spain. There is lots of history on the name but i have not been able to find out who his parents are.

Well see I'm not even sure in Rene is the right guy, but I found a picture of a Rene T. Espinoza that bares the striking resemblance to my father (who would be his son). According to the date given by the picture, the Rene Espinoza in the photograph was born in 1926.
I don't have much information about my granfather. I'm not even sure of his first name, and my only evidence that he might be Rene stems from this picture I came across on this website. All I know about my grandfather is that he was married to my grandmother for a short time, was the father of my oldest aunt and of my father, and that the four of them lived in England for a couple years.

I would guess the person I am looking for definitely was married more than once, I was told he was 22 when he married my grandmother. Good Luck.

Celia Norma Escarcega is my grandmothers maiden name. From what info I got from her and my dad, Isidro was very secretive with my grandmother, he never let her meet this sister and I asked for other info a middle name, siblings names, parents names, I have no other information, except he was maybe from Texas or was living in Texas after the divorce. I am beginning to wonder if Isidro was even his name? Maybe it was a middle name? I have no idea. I have not been able to find any Marriage/Divorce documents to answer this, I am working on that, I might have to go to the courts for this info, I can't find anything online.

Where were these Espinoza's located/married?

look at my tree, there is a recent picture of my father. I will try to get a picture of him when he was in the army uploaded here.

My grandfathers name I am told was Isidro Espinoza born around 1930, married my grandmother at age of 22 she was 14 in Los Angeles, CA around 1951, my father Fernando was born in 1952. I also was told he (Isidro) had a sister in los angeles, but I don't have a name. Is there any possibility we are looking for the same person?

I do not know much about my biological grandfather, except that his last name is Espinoza, he was married to Aida R Caldera, and had two children with her, Edward and Sylvia. Aida (who goes by Ruth) left my grandfather and was remarried. She had two more children. I also know that he did not lead a very honest life, at least while married to my grandmother. He drank a lot, was a gambler, and often stole what he could not afford. I would like to have more information about this man. Please tell me if you know anything.

Also, I recently found a picture on this website of a Pvt. Rene T. Espinoza who looks eerily like my father. I was wondering who put this picture up, and if that man could be the grandfather I am looking for.

I don't know if we have anything to do with each other, but I saw Nicaragua in your post and thought maybe it could be connected to who I am looking for. My grandmother was born in Nicaragua and she used to be married to an Espinoza. I really don't know anything about the man she married (my estranged, biological grandfather), and I also don't know how or where they met. Maybe you can help. Sorry if I have wasted your time.

I got some more info. From what I was told I believe he had a sister living in Los Angeles as well. My grandmother never met his family and unfortunately I do not have a name. I was told they went to his sisters occasionally to get help with money. I was told after they divorced Isidro would come by to visit my father, but my grandmother met someone else, Arturo Jackson, who paid to get Isidro and Celias marriage annulled and they moved got married and never heard from Isidro again. Hi! I am looking for info on my biological grandfather, I am told his name is Isidro. He and my grandmother Celia Norma Escarcega married around 1951 in Los Angeles, CA and divorced soon after. My Father, Fernando Espinoza, was born in 1952. If anyone can help that would be great, the Espinoza branch has been a dead end for me. The only other info I know about Isidro is he was either from Texas or went to Texas after the marriage. He was around 22 and Celia ~14 when they were married.

My father is Bernabe Espinosa De los Monteros before he came to America from Mexico. His name was changed to Bernardino Espinoza. He told me recently his mother's name was Marcelena Jebara but my mother who past away 8 years ago said her name was Margarita. I think my father might have misspelled her last name or gave me the wrong information. My father is now 88 years old. I know nothing of his father. please reply if u have any info or connection

I have heard that his father's name was Tomas (Thomas)!He has one son living in Illinois - Joe Jr. We don't know much about his family at all. Maybe this info will help! His Father's name was Celso Espinoza and his Mother was Francisca Arellano. I believe he died in 1935 in Mexicali. They had a son by the name of Rodolpho Espinoza and a Daughter Virginia Espinoza Who both died between 1931 and 1934. My Mother was born in 1934 she was named after her sister Virginia Espinoza .
