Have some descendants all lines. Have other Essex in Ky, Tenn also. Can't get further back with Joseph. But there was a William Essex in Fayette Co when his son m Annie Essex, d/o Dr Thomas Essex of Tenn (have data here). Lots of bits pieces of Essex that I can't fit together.
