Rose....I just came back from a trip to Puerto Rico. I visited with Oscar Estela. He is my uncle. My mother Isaac Irene was the sister to Oscar and Wilfredo. I can help you.

Rose my mother is the sister of Guillermina Ortiz, all the family of Mariano and Maria from Lajas are in contact. Guillermina was the third of nine: Carmen, Jose, Guillermina, Ana, Flor, Freddie, Sara, Mariano and Miriam. Actually Carmen, Guillermina and Flor are dead, the rest are well. Jose lives in Ponce, Ana in Toa Baja and Freddie in Isabella and the rest in San German.
We try to get in touch with Saura Magaly and Cuchun without any results. We want to make contact with all of you...the family is big I am the keeper all the records.

My grandmother, Sophie Estella Dempsey was born in Cambridge Mass and she died on December 10, 1920 during the birth of my father William J Dempsey Jr. We are searching for her gravesite, her family we never knew, any information or history. Thank you

Mother is Saura Estella. Anyone from Lajas, Puerto Rico? Her father's name was Oscar and his brother was Wilfredo. Hope to hear from someone soon!
