I have recently started doing research on our family tree. My grandfather was Manuel Esteves from Lisbon. he travelled from Lisbon to Cape Town, South Africa by ship, arriving here in 1904. he then married Sina Adonis in 1908 and was married for 43 years until his death in 1952. i am currently trying to find the name of the ship. he was one of four children. I am quite determined to local my Esteves relatives in Lisbon adn to let them know that they have a wonderful family in South Africa.
