I have a 40 page book that I found in the trash in Dec. 2001, written in 1937 and revised in 1957. It is on this Etheridge family and their descendants. I have done a short version of this book and would be happy to pass it on to anyone that is interested. I am in no way related to this family.

Family Surnames: Etheridge, Greene, Hunt, Batte, Hardison, Duggan, Smithwick, and a few more.

Henry Etheridge - living in Northhamton Co., VA as early as 1654....the progenitor of the Norfolk Co. family of Etheridge in Virginia was Thomas Etheridge, who died there in 1671...
