I am looking for any information on the ancestors of John Eutsler b. abt 1818 OH, he married Sarah Elizabeth Zinn 2/8/1837 in Jackson Co. OH. Their children were: John A., William, Lettica, E (?), Charles S., Clarinda. All of the children were born in OH except Clarinda who was born in IA after the family moved there (bet 1857-1860). John and family is on the 1850 Census for Milton Township, Jackson County, OH. I have also found that he purchased land in Chillicothe, Ross, Ohio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In addition a lady named Kay Howard (her web page is http://members.tripod.com/khoward0723/) states that Clarinda was supposed to be of Indian ancestry. My grandmother is supplying me with a picture of her sister Lettica that she claims her having "very dark features". Any other leads on this connection out there?
