Ky. early 1800's.These men had ties to Adams Co. Ohio Evans clans......At least one, Richard W. has ties back to Monongalia Co. Va. and was brother to early Floyd Co. Ky settlers Evan, David, John Evans, sons of Thomas of Mongonalia.
