To find "descendents" of Victor Henry EVE and his wife nee RICHEL, use the Birth Registers at Ancestry.co.uk and search for any births for the surname EVE with the Mother's surname of RICHEL. It helps if you search from the date of the couple's marriage for about 20 years. These of course would be their own children. Those children then possibly married when of age so you could again search for marriages of those individuals. On finding the marriage partners surname you can again do the same to find children of those parents.
