Hello to you Hunsley and Everett researchers. This is my wife's family and I am just now getting going on it, trying to get some balance as I am working on family history for my kids and hope to have as much of both sides for them.

My wife is a descendent of Henry Hunsley and Sarah Jane Everett through their daughter Carrie Ann (1886-1946), who married Alden Roy Thompson (1888-1962). As has been mentioned, Thomas and Ella Everett lived nearby to Henry and Sarah Hunsley in the Stilson, Hancock, Iowa (Boone Twp) area. And right next to the Hunsleys were the Thompsons, which brought Carrie and Alden together.

I don't have a lot to offer you in terms of info, except for descendents of Carrie Ann and Alden. I do have a nice photo of the Henry and Sarah Jane Hunsley family and one of their homestead, has to be early 1900s as there are horses and wagons in the driveway as opposed to automobiles. A note with the photo says the house burned down at some point and a brick home now stands on the site.
