Pentwater, Oct. 19--(Special)--Mrs. Pearl Everson, 64 years old, a resident of Oceana and Mason counties for more than 50 years, died Friday at her home here after an illness of about two years.
Born Dec. 4, 1875, in Indiana, she came with her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Eugene Milnes (typed as in article), to Pentwater in 1883. She was married to Thomas Everson, Nov. 28, 1900. The couple resided on a farm in Riverton township in Mason County, for a number of years and about 1910 moved to Crystal township, Oceana county. In the last four years, the couple had lived in Pentwater.
Surviving are the husband, and adopted daughter, Mrs. Adylin Clark of Scottville, an adopted son, Thomas Jr., at home, and a sister, Mrs. Maude Roberts of Chicago.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Church of God with Rev. A. J. Rohrer officiating. Burial will be in the Crystal Valley cemetery.
