I also have Evis family in Toronto

Alfred Evis b1860 Exeter Devon UK, listed in UK Census 1861 as Nurse Child living with Lee family.
In UK 1871 he is in Stapleton,Gloucestershire Bristol City Workhouse, the Lee family are in the Exeter Workhouse
Alfred is married in Canada in 1883 states his father was William Evis and his mother was Ann Reid.
