Rick, I noticed you mentioned a Timothy Ewen that brought the family name from Scotland. I am searching for information on a William Ewen, b. 16 Apr. 1795 in Ky. I believe he married a Sarah Holmes(Homes)? This William got bounty land in Livingston Co. Mo. in 1850. I have more on his family, but am not sure if he is a child of a Timothy Ewen and Sarah Starns. If you could verify this I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
