We may be relatives my Grandmother was a Ewer from the London area, Gladys Ewer born in 1905. She had siblings born earlier, Cecil, Gerald and Vera and a younger brother, Stanley. Her family were reasonably wealthy and had father owned a yacht. I will need to check on 'names' as per going further back, perhaps these were another 'branch' of family?
