Don't have my information in front of me but Mary Catharina Moors born in 1852 in Bonenburg, Westfalia and came to the US with her family in 1868 married William F Ewers in 1878. Their children were Aloevia born 1879, Josaphine born 1881, Joseph born 1883, Louis born 1885, Annie born 1887, Mary born 1889, William born 1891, Edward born 1895.

I show in my notes that William had a son, Joseph, born March 1917. I have several pages from the 1900 census with Ewers. Will search through my stuff and let you know what else I can find. There were not many Ewers listed in Brooklyn and they seem to have close ties to the Moors. I have cemetary records from Holy Cross in Brooklyn that I will search throught them.

Keep in touch so that I do not forget to follow up on this. I do know that the Moors came from Bonenburg and Sheferede in Westphalia.
