i can tell you my grandfather joseph J. Ewers was from Brooklynn, grew up there. moved to connecticut in his early to mid 20's then to Pennsylvania. he would have been born about 1912-1915 somwhere in there. i know my fahter, and his family grew up in brooklynn, and that my grandparent, joseph J. Ewers, and Olga Melena met ice skating at lincoln center. i never knew of any of my grandfathers relatives, nor has my aunt, uncle or my father that i know of. hope this helps you? if you have any information, please let me know, as i am trying to trace the Ewers name from New York, Brooklyn myself. thanks
