Does anyone have any detailed listing (or other documentation) that lists all the Eyres who came over from England with Cromwell, into Gallway (EyreCourt, EyreSquare, etc). ?

I can only trace my Eyre family back to mid 1800's, in Kilkenny, Ireland. But highly suspect that they came from the known Eyre locales in England ... via Cromwell's invasion, as there were known Eyre personnel in his command.

I'm hoping, if I have a list of Eyres from then, that perhaps I can do a "fill-in-the-blank" between that time period and my mid-1800's. *shrugs*

Grasping at straws I guess.

I just would like to eventually connect my Eyre family back to England, to one of the known Eyre families we all have read about. Kind of feels like we're trying to go back to "Adam and Eve", but of the Eyre family *chuckles*

Thanks in advance for any help, ideas, or documents you can provide.
